Health@Work are a registered independent charity based in Liverpool. Experts in health, safety and wellbeing and with 25 years of experience improving health in the workplace. Their mission is to create healthy workplace cultures which help businesses look after the biggest asset of your organisation: their people.
There was a problem though, Health@Work didn’t like their old website.
They had a proprietary content management system, which means it was all custom built by a web developer, and makes it hard to update when new things happen like phones or Google updates, and can make it expensive as you’re tied in with the developer that built it. The site didn’t reflect their branding and because no-one loved it, it didn’t get any people contacting them.
We couldn’t have that! We built the site from the ground up using WordPress, so Health@Work have control over all the pages and blog articles, and can keep everything up to date themselves.
The results are a fully branded, lovely looking, responsive (all that phone stuff) website. We’ve split their key services into their own sections so it’s easy for visitors to find the information they need. Rather than them having to upload a lot of PDFs, they can now make pages themselves using our easy to use page builder, so things like the Workplace Charter now have their own sections.
We’ve tied in social media and newsletter signups, as well as easy to use contact forms. A 117% increase in contacts and 115% increase in newsletter signups have been the results – not bad!
